These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mjolnix.com and any related services operated by Mjölnix LLC ("I," "me," or "my"), a South Carolina limited liability company. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into a Service Agreement for direct booking ecosystem services, that Agreement governs the service relationship and takes precedence where there is any conflict.
Mjölnix provides direct booking ecosystem services for short-term rental property owners and managers, including: direct booking website development, WiFi guest email capture, email marketing automation, SEO and content creation, revenue optimization, and AI agent discoverability optimization. Specific services for each Client are defined in a separate Service Agreement.
Permitted Use: You may browse the site, submit inquiries, schedule consultations, and access information about my services.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers; scrape or harvest content without written permission; transmit malware or harmful code; impersonate any person or entity; or use automated systems (bots, scrapers) except standard search engine indexing.
My Content: All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, images, design, layout, and software — is the property of Mjölnix LLC or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Mjölnix name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Mjölnix LLC.
Limited License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes or to evaluate my services. This does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.
When you submit information through contact forms or scheduling tools, you represent that it is accurate and you have the right to provide it. You retain ownership of submitted information. By submitting, you grant me a limited license to use it for responding to your inquiry and providing services. I handle submitted information per my Privacy Policy.
The site may link to third-party websites or services (Calendly, Stripe, social media). I do not control and am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any projections, case studies, ROI estimates, or revenue figures on the site are illustrative examples only. Actual results vary based on property characteristics, market conditions, and factors outside my control. I do not guarantee specific booking volumes, revenue increases, or search engine rankings. Content on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mjölnix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability for any claims arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to me in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mjölnix LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: your use of the site; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; or any content you submit.
Your use of the site is also governed by my Privacy Policy.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Horry County, South Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated via the site or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the site. If you are a Client with a Service Agreement, that Agreement takes precedence where there is conflict.
